So this the Story

I wanted to become a Speech Therapist from as early as 12 years old. I remember watching my brother have therapy and being jealous because I couldn't get a chance to play with the toys.

As a young girl I love speech and drama, debating and public speaking so communication was always at the forefront of my mind. Therapy was therefore an obvious extension.

After all these years of working with children from ages 2 years all the way up to 12 years I still love what I do as it is very rewarding enriching a child life.

I have worked in private practice for many years in a mainstream school environment. I enjoy the diversity and variety of children I am faced with.

I am a single mother of 2 boys that are now young adults. Both boys have made me a better therapist as over the years they have had academic and emotional challenges.

I love reading, doing yoga and my pets: my terrier mix Finn and my cats Oreo,  Toodles and Archie.
